2 /5 Brian Lane: I’m becoming increasing frustrated with this place... it used to be fantastic, they USED to have a great manager named Mark who did a great job cutting hair and also really cared about his clients. Unfortunately, mark moved away and it’s been downhill ever since.
My most recent haircut is likely my worst ever. Not a TERRIBLE haircut in its own right but certainly not what I asked for. I asked for a classic haircut with a side part... the lady instead gives me no side part whatsoever, and instead leaves me with this hipster looking mess of a haircut. Unfortunately, since I wear glasses, I took them off during the haircut and was unable to see the massacre that was unfolding in front of me in time to stop it.
Unfortunately, I also prepaid for 5 haircuts in advance last time I was there, so I’m left with two options: never go again and waste my 3 remaining haircuts, or just take the chance I’m hoping the next person knows what they are doing and LISTENS to their clients...
I am not ashamed at all to say that for the first time in my life, I didn’t tip this “stylist” a cent.
