The manager advised that drying my hair type requires 45 minutes and expressed reservations about their capacity to provide this service due to their usual high volume of haircuts, although this was not evident on the day of my visit. The stylist failed to thoroughly shampoo my hair, applying conditioner only to the exterior, and needed to be reminded three times that my scalp was still damp. After notifying her again that my hair was not dry, I decided to forgo the service. Upon leaving the premises and entering my vehicle, I found dried conditioner on my scalp and hair edges. I will not patronize this business again.
