However it hasn’t even been 24 hours and two of my nails have already broken and I have done absolutely nothing physical all day. For $63 I would expect them to last atleast a week.

Other than that, everything was okay. Total cost round up being $72 for a fill. I did leave a tip because he did a good job. But I have never paid that high price for a fill

Creative Chic: I had a lovely experience on Thursday 2/27/25 with an associate. Ollie assisted me in the fragrance area. When I arrived, I was greeted at the door by a young lady at the register. As I approached her department, Ollie was helping another customer, but she made sure to make eye contact and greet me with a smile. Once she was done with the other customer, she quickly asked if I needed help. She was very knowledgeable about the products. I ended up purchasing several sets of nails and nail polish and was unsure which items would work for me. Ollie reassured me that if any of the items didn’t fit my needs, I could return them within so many days with my receipt. Im writing this review because I appreciate experiences like this. As a former retail manager, I rarely encounter young people who care about their customers nowadays, or the products for that matter. Ollie cares about BOTH. My daughter shops at Ulta Beauty regularly. After receiving such amazing service from Ollie, Im more likely to shop there for myself as well.
