When I arrived, I was greeted at the door by a young lady at the register. As I approached her department, Ollie was helping another customer, but she made sure to make eye contact and greet me with a smile.
Once she was done with the other customer, she quickly asked if I needed help. She was very knowledgeable about the products.
I ended up purchasing several sets of nails and nail polish and was unsure which items would work for me. Ollie reassured me that if any of the items didn’t fit my needs, I could return them within so many days with my receipt.
Im writing this review because I appreciate experiences like this. As a former retail manager, I rarely encounter young people who care about their customers nowadays, or the products for that matter. Ollie cares about BOTH.
My daughter shops at Ulta Beauty regularly. After receiving such amazing service from Ollie, Im more likely to shop there for myself as well.

Sally Beauty - Paris Cynthia Smith: Sally always has a good selection of hair care and beauty needs. The staff is friendly and helpful. Ive stocked up on haircare to get me through the COVID-19 crisis, and Sally is doing a good job of keeping customers and staff safe during the pandemic. I got a killer deal on a storage roll for my extensions, some great hair care products, and an excellent color depositing conditioner to keep my purple hair fresh and bright.
