3 /5 Emily Beustring: I got my vehicle back yesterday. It appears to have great work done on it.
Communication, on the other hand, was awful. They tell you anything you want to hear, just to get you off their back. They lie about parts not being in(our vehicle has an app that shows codes not cleared). My husband called for an update and they told him that the windshield washer pump was not in, but that code cleared the same day. They tell you that they are currently working on it, but the app shows the car sitting outside on their lot.
The vehicle had minimal to moderate damage and took a month and a half. Understandably, parts may be an issue, etc, but truthfulness is paramount.
