1 /5 Wick Bran (BranWick): Called and was scheduled for an appointment to replace my cars battery at 5:30 on a Tuesday. At 6:45 on Tuesday, I called to find out where the mechanic was and when I could expect him. Didnt get hold of him, so left a message but never received a callback at all. Still waiting and its been 3 months now. Thankfully, a friend was able to replace the battery for me. If nothing else, G&K is rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional. If their skills match their professionalism, then everyone would do well to stay clear of this bunch.
