1 /5 Crystal Brunett: I have never had such a bad experience at a dentistry. My first appointment i called ahead to verify my insurance and everything seemed ok. I get there fill out all the paperwork just for them to tell me the doctor on staff doesnt take my insurance... so why schedule me for that day? So i come back a week later to an on staff dentist that takes my insurance. My appointment was at 9 it is now 10:58 and they are still on the phone verifying my insurance. It does not take 2 hours to verify insurance that i had previously given out. It should have been verified 2 weeks ago when it was given in the first place. They seem to just enjoy wasting your time. Im walking out and never coming back to such an incompetent company.

First nobody was there I was in the waiting room for 20 mins and then The lady Tammy is rude didn’t even make my 10 year old comfortable knowing he was nervous because he had a bad experience with another dentist location as I told her when I first had gotten there… so he had to get two teeth pulled out and he started to freak out and Tammy was like are you sure you want him to go thru this because I don’t wanna get out the stuff and he can’t handle it (basically don’t waste her time) I said well yes my son is in pain so these teeth need to go so she got the stuff out okay … so they did his shots in his mouth he raise his hand and she said to watch out be careful ? Like what do you mean he’s not trying to hit her trying let her know he’s in pain … any way so after they got done doing the shots comes back in the room and ask my son why is he still crying (not in a caring voice) I’m like what do you mean he’s scared and nervous yall just gave him shots to get his teeth pulled he’s new to this so of course he’s going to still be crying ma’am (well I told you the hard part is over with) I’m I didn’t say anything sooo when it was time to leave at 5pm I’m like can I get a note for school tomorrow she’s like why I don’t feel like he needs to miss school tomorrow? I’m like my son got two teeth pulled out and has to eat soft food he’s gonna be in pain so no I don’t wanna send him off to school she’s like well I can’t give you a note for tomorrow everyone is gone and I can’t do it …. I told her I’ll never will come back yall are rude and unfriendly made my son hate the dentist even more… so if you have kids I wouldn’t even recommend it no pain meds for my child nothing !! Nobody was welcoming nothing not even hey my name is so and so what’s going on today nothing … so we dealing with tooth pain im Like yes just dry no friendliness I wished I just left but I knew my son was in pain and I wanted his teeth out never again
