1 /5 Ebony Charlene: Unfortunately, despite liking my nails and feet on my first visit. I have to lower my 5 star review to a 1 star. Upon my return to get a repair of a broken toe nail in less than a week of the first time, Kenny made it very clear that I was not welcome here. He blatantly lied about other techs not being able to do a repair and about personally having a customer with an appointment coming “right now” using this as his reason for not having time to complete what he admitted would only take 20 minutes, so that I would leave. Because I had an outing to attend, I waited anyway. After 30+ minutes of literally no one coming in the door, he reluctantly did my repair. I will not return. Customer service means a lot but it was clear from the treatment I received vs. those there already, that I don’t have the “look” of a preferred customer.
