1 /5 Red Ranger: I would not recommend this location. Set an appointment for 10:30 , two walks in came in after me and were seen before me. I sat in cold water for over 30+ minutes. Finally the lady came and turned the warm water on but left me unattended again and it overflowed soaking my shoes and the salon floor. The pressure and digging in my nails was horrible. I was disgusted that the same finger she was digging into my toes was so DIRTY and all the utensils that were used were not sterilized , tried to use a scalpel to remove my gel . Nothing was clean before or after use. She was very aggressive on nail bed and my chair was soooo uncomfortable . I declined to use the cheese grater for my dead skin and she became
Upset because she wanted to upcharge me 5$ for it but I declined it in the beginning because it’s not good for your skin and can cause infections. Had to point out multiple mistakes ,crusty caked on towels were used on me and my time was not valued here. On top of the horrible cigarette smoke that filled the salon , bugs filled it too as well as talking badly about the customers you are serving. You would think you would watch what you say if you don’t know tiff your customer speaks your language too. They called customers lazy and fought over not taking certain clients The photos looked promising but if you’re used to great CLEAN service you will also be disappointed. Will never come back
