4 /5 Mike: I feel like the work could be done faster. You have 2 bays and 2 workers. Why only utilize one bay? One individual is draining the oil while the other man is standing in front of the car drinking coffee, Im assuming waiting for the oil to drain? 3 cars waiting for an oil change, I think of ways to make my job done faster and efficient. Use both bays and get cars moved out quicker. You literally remove the drain plug and oil filter, its not that difficult to NOT get cars mixed up.

1 /5 Tammie GALVAN: Brought the truck in for some front end work and when I went to pick up truck when they said it was ready I drove it home and started making terrible engine noise and died on highway. Got it home and there was no oil in engine even though I just had it changed 1 week ago. Had a mechanic look at the work that was done and he stated that the parts were all lose and not done properly. They charged $95.00 per hour for mechanic work (no master mechanics). As a result of there work the truck now needs a new engine. Have contacted them on this matter and all I have heard is I have to talk to our lawyer. I paid $1802 for the work done on the truck and it wasnt done properly and now it needs a new engine. Heard from a lot of people after this incident and have heard about there negative dealings with this business. Do not use this business if you need vehicle repairs. Would have put zero stars if it would let me.

1 /5 MATT CROUCH: I am writing this on behalf of my stepdaughter, she had her oil change at Pearsall texas quick lube. When she gets home, they notice an oil leak underneath their car, she takes it back to pearsall quick lube and then you just tell her, but it was a drain plug leaking. They inform her that they replace the drain plug and she gets back home and its leaking worse . I call the quick lube, and explain the situation. And then they tell me that they did not replace the plug. They told her it needed a plug. Well, I informed them that she sent me a picture and its a brand new shiny plug, its just cross threaded in there. He hung up on me, i told her she needs to call and talk to the owner or whoevers in charge. Other than him. She then hung up on her. Obviously, its a person who should not be running a company or managing a business for anybody else. Because he cant handle his own business, just my opinion. I did add the photo of the drain plug. That looks like its crossthread, because half the seal is not even touching.

5 /5 Adrian Trevino: Mr. Roy the inspector was very knowledgeable and efficient. I was on my lunch break and was able to inspect both my own vehicle but as well as my wife’s vehicle all with out being late to work great place great service.
