1 /5 Garza Virginia (Gina): I was sooo disappointed they messed up my daughters hair. My 8 year old asked for a haircut from a book they have at the salon and her haircut was nothing like it. The woman cut her hair way too short so the style was no where near the requested haircut. I specifically showed the other woman what I wanted done to my 6 year olds hair, but she did whatever she wanted. I asked for it in layers and she failed at what was requested. She also messed up her bangs so bad. People literally ask if my daughter cut her own bangs, because that’s literally what it looks like. I didn’t cause a scene or say anything since there’s no fixing something that was cut too much anyways. I just simply will not return and I don’t recommend this place for kids haircuts

She makes you feel at home and she has great people working there as well. I drive all the way from canutillo to Hair Addicts because its worthed.

Not only that but i appreciate her taking her time with me and her flexibility with hours. Additionally she also did a beautiful balayage to my mother. I thank her the time and care she gave to her. She was kind with her. My mom is deaf and 65 years old but Shery went above and beyond with her service. I am very thankful with her. I highly recommend Shery.

Jose orozco: Yesterday, Thursday October 24, 2024 I went to cut my hair at this place, had never had any issues and I approach the business and the door was closed, the son of the owner told me it was already closed, that they closed 15 minutes before 6PM. I told him it was 10 minutes till closing time. Than I told him to change his sign to 5:45 closing time. Told me to go and complain anywhere, but that he was closed, again I told him about the sign, and he said he was going to change it to 4PM, and I told him que payasito. Again told me it was closed, very bad customer service, I just hope people can read this and report it, like I am.
