1 /5 Debbie Deb: Dont let the ratings fool you. I was visiting family and we decided to come here because of the reviews. I explained that I wanted an ombre on my nails and they acted like they knew what I wanted . I sat down and had a tech start on my nails. In the mean time the lady she just finished was having problems with her nails. They would not dry all the way and started cracking. This happens 3 times! So she was switching back and forth between us until someone else helped her on the 3rd time. As she continued to work on my nails it didnt seem like it was what I was wanting but figured it may turn out better when she was done. It did not. By the time she finished we were ready to get out of there. As soon as we got back to my Uncles house my nails started peeling. I was furious because the $$ I spent. I called back and spoke with Ken and he asked for me to come back. I went back the next day and I got him to just remove the hideous work the tech did the day before. Even though I am not completely happy with the 2nd time around it was way better than the previous. I have attached pictures of both. The purple and black was the 1st time around.

1 /5 Stacy French: I would not recommend. They rush and do not do what you ask. I wanted basic manicure with regular clear polish. The lady did clear gel. I don’t get nails done often, so just assumed doing what I asked until I paid out & so expensive. It took her less than 10 minutes, she was rude, my natural nails are not even and cost $30. Why would anyone want clear gel? I don’t like gel and prefer just natural nails. I could have got an acrylic set with colored gel for $40 if I was paying to get something done. So now I’m out $30 and have gel on that will ruin my nails when starts coming off.
