2 /5 Jessica J: I’ve gone here quite a few times without issues for fill in and pedicures. However, when there was an issue, nobody helped rectify the issue which is extremely disappointing and because of that I will not be returning. I had two nails lifting and they were fixed, but not 100% and were getting worse and my nail underneath starting breaking so I called and asked if they could repair those two nails before I left for vacation. I got there showed the two nails and she said ok and questioned why I was choosing the same color. I should have saw that as a red flag. She did a complete fill in and was arguing with me that I needed a fill in. I wasn’t ready for a fill in, yes I know they grew out but my nails last 4 weeks and I just paid for a fill in. I made it very clear when I scheduled the appointment and when I walked in I just wanted my two nails fixed. I guess I should have just got up and left. I didn’t really know what to expect. I reached out to the salon and they didn’t offer any solutions to resolve the issue. As a business owner you should have offered to fix those two nails or some kind of credit.
