5 /5 Mark Grant: Excellent facility. We are winter Texans, and needed immediate help for my wife that was experiencing chest pains and fluxuating blood pressure. We were seen immediately and had blood and vitals taken within the first few minutes. The doctor on call gave us the results in a timely manner, and was very thorough in his explanations. God willing, we will not have to return, but its good to know there is a facility such as this in our area.

They listened to me and they explained to me the what/why for each procedure. And they went over and above they’re responsibilities in order to get me the equipment I needed before I left it Clinic. I think they’re a valuable asset for our town.

5 /5 TheNorton01: Everyone was very kind and caring, though they were very busy when we came in. My only concern was that after the tests, nobody checked in on my husband at all. Maybe because my son and I were there, but it would have been nice to know they remembered he was there. When tests were finished, the doctor explained everything very carefully and completely. We would certainly use this facility again. Would like to leave a compliment for a very kind lady named Gwen or Gwyn, so helpful and kind in assisting my husband who has mobility problems

4 /5 Mark Bartilucci: Overall a positive experience. I was seen almost immediately. The staff was courteous, caring and efficient. The registration process with the touch screen is a little tedious. Taking pictures of the insurance card and ID could be more user-friendly. After registration was complete on the touchscreen, someone appeared on the screen to do the registration which I had already completed.

Tiffany Mathison: The care is apoloing. Lack of really. Picture in pain with no one that cared, told could not have a blanket to place on the floor against policy. Couldnt put him in a room we had to wait.There is NO compassion from Nurses or staff at desk, triage. Came in last night 7pm, told need surgery, its 9am and still waiting on surgeon to come assess situation. Being told by charge nurse it could take several hours, Doctors come when they come. Its a Saturday which is a weekend so who knows. Pain not managed, call button not hooked up. When you look for help no one is around. Poor excuse for an ER or hospital.

Corri: This lab is terrible! You show up 30-45 minutes before they open to “get in line”, but There’s no way to keep others from jumping ahead once the kiosk for checking in opens up. I was 9th to pull a ticket, but still waited 40 minutes before I was called up to verify my information, then waited another 10 minutes to be called back. There are probably 40 people sitting and waiting. I can see why their board says the wait is 3-4 hours!! It’s time to hire some contractor personnel to help with specimen collection!!

Candi Vincent: All the Doctors at this office are absolutely wonderful! They listen to you and have a good sense of humor. I am one that hates going to the doctor but here they all make it very comfortable and at ease. The staff are pleasant and definitely on top of their game. They have a beautiful red headed nurse that is funny and really makes you feel at ease, but the whole staff works well together and compliments each other so they all just click.
