Brittany Knowles: Paula and the staff are amazing! Super sweet people and really great patient care. I really felt like they cared and werent just trying to move patients through. They were personable with every patient in the waiting room while I was there. And Paula is the best health care professional Ive ever had the pleasure of meeting. She is very compassionate and works hard to make sure her patients get what they need.
Leslie Morlandt: Cant say enough good things about the folks who work here. They are wonderful, take the time to explain everything, answer your questions so you understand. I have total confidence and trust when I take my pup in for services. Shes comfortable there as well!
Tiffany Mathison: The care is apoloing. Lack of really. Picture in pain with no one that cared, told could not have a blanket to place on the floor against policy. Couldnt put him in a room we had to wait.There is NO compassion from Nurses or staff at desk, triage. Came in last night 7pm, told need surgery, its 9am and still waiting on surgeon to come assess situation. Being told by charge nurse it could take several hours, Doctors come when they come. Its a Saturday which is a weekend so who knows. Pain not managed, call button not hooked up. When you look for help no one is around. Poor excuse for an ER or hospital.
Corri: This lab is terrible! You show up 30-45 minutes before they open to “get in line”, but There’s no way to keep others from jumping ahead once the kiosk for checking in opens up. I was 9th to pull a ticket, but still waited 40 minutes before I was called up to verify my information, then waited another 10 minutes to be called back. There are probably 40 people sitting and waiting. I can see why their board says the wait is 3-4 hours!! It’s time to hire some contractor personnel to help with specimen collection!!
Krisa Johnson: Everything about my visits here with Paula have far exceeded my usual Dr visits. I’m so glad I mad the switch! She-and all her staff - are so friendly and understanding. I feel welcomed and comfortable during all my visits. I never feel like I’ve been forgotten, I leave with all my questions answered, they explain my process with insurance, and I just have an overall good feeling about my visits. If you’re debating switching doctors or are just looking for a new one I highly recommend! Will forever be a patient here.
Jennifer Stanton: This clinic staff the most rudest staff. Claims they see walk in which they dont. Scheduling is a joke 2 hours to see a nurse. Got light headed ask for water no water. Staff cursing people on the phone. Go to the 9th ave location for better more compassionate care.
Keith: Can never get in to see them. Children do not get sick before 7am. My son has a concussion but have to go to the er or wait till 7 in the morning and may get chosen for a walk in. It was the same when he broke is arm.
Kristi Turner: I have been a patient of Dr. Kislingbury and his wonderful team for the past 25 years, and I cannot speak highly enough of their care. Throughout the years, they have consistently provided top-notch, professional service. Dr. Kislingbury is not only extremely knowledgeable, but also compassionate and attentive to every concern. His staff is equally exceptional, always going above and beyond to ensure that appointments are smooth, efficient, and comfortable. Whether it’s a routine visit or a more complex procedure, I know I’m in good hands with this incredible team. Highly recommend!
