2 /5 Laura M.: Went in Mar. 20th, 2025 and wasn’t there for more than an hour. Was almost immediately taken into vitals room, then they led me into a waiting room, i waited no more than 10-15 min before the doctor came in and literally had me say “ahhhhh” with tongue out. He immediately diagnosed atypical pneumonia (i left with a paper that said bronchitis after all) and gave me medications with zero instruction. then i was quickly charged $250, later called their customer service and was told it was the minimum amount contracted with my insurance so FML there. followed up with pcp and they were baffled at the lack of care and information given to me about the medications as it made me incredibly sick when taking them. had to discard the medications given to me from the doc that saw me at the time. it did feel like i was quickly dismissed. i am still suffering from bronchitis a week later.

1 /5 Tanya Kimber: My son whos an asthmatic visited this ER presented with symptoms the only thing they did was swab him for the Flu, Covid, and Strep. Never listened to his lungs and he disclosed to them that hes been sick going on three weeks and has asthma test came back negative and they sent him home. He had to be treated this week becasue he was having an episode with his asthma which could have been prevented had they did a complete diagnostic on him. I am very displeased with the treatment rendered to my son. This makes me very uncomfortable especially as a mom whos son is away at school so far from me and cannot get quality healthcare.

5 /5 Toni Chavez: I went in today for a twisted ankle. I was immediately greeted with a wheelchair before I even got inside. Staff in the front was quick to help me and very courteous. They immediately took me to vitals and got me a room. No waiting time. Within 15 min of check in I had an X-ray being taken. My nurse was great. Very friendly and efficient. Both the doctor and nurse answered all of my questions. I have a broken ankle so they gave me all the info I needed upon diagnosis. I have been here twice before and all three times I’ve had an A+ experience. I highly recommend this facility.
