2 /5 Alexis Miranda ORourke: I went to Envy Salon to get a haircut with bangs added and color. Sat down, told the lady what I wanted, showed her references and she started the dying process. The colors came out okay, a little different than we had discussed, and I also got one strip bleached in the front. When she got done washing my hair the blonde strip was pink from the color bleeding into it. She tells me I can buy purple shampoo to fix it. I sit back down in the chair and she starts trimming. She tries to get me to not cut bangs, telling me she thinks it would be better without it. One of the main reasons I went somewhere to get my hair done was for the bangs. I tell her that, and she grabs the front of my hair and cuts the hair off! No measuring no parting. My bangs are cut into a SQUARE instead of a triangle, and parted because no hair was sectioned. So I spent $200 for me to have to pull my bangs back because they don’t sit right. I won’t be returning back here
