1 /5 Mega Mreeves: I really want Black salon culture to change. It’s disheartening what women encounter and spend their coin on to only be met with indifference and toxicity. No one greets you when you walk in. You hold conversations and you’re practically conversing with yourself. Like why is it this way? I was unable to finish the service because I did not like the way she spoke to me. Customer service is critical and Vanessa really dropped the bar. Do better for the sake of your customers.
