1 /5 Andrea Hernandez: The WORST experience in my life. I went a few days ago to get a Brazilian Wax & apart from being very unprofessional, I had the most unpleasant experience. Let’s start from the beginning, I walked in and the lady couldn’t seem to communicate with me, she knew the basics but every time I asked a question she looked at me puzzled, no problem moving on. When she signaled me to lay down “butterfly position” she placed the waxing papers on top of my socks.. weird .. after she applied the wax on my private area she continued to rip it off my skin back to back with no breaks as if she was rushing, it got so bad to the point I started crying. At one point her gloves are full of wax. She’s touching me in areas I just got waxed, mind you I’m in so much pain just for her gloves to stick on my skin continuously and her having to pull it off again and again off my skin, after I kept constantly explaining to her that she was hurting me she finally took the gloves off which I thought she was going to get a new pair, WRONG she started touching me with her BARE hands, I felt so uncomfortable. At one point the same waxing strip she kept using on me got stuck on the bottom of my socks & I thought finally I clean strip, nope I was wrong she got it unstuck & continued to use the same waxing strip the ENTIRE session. I was so frustrated so upset I had to tell her to stop, she kept refusing and kept putting wax on my area until I raised my voice crying and told her NO. She finally said okay, that she only needed to apply oil, guess what she used … the exact same nasty waxing strip that had been used since the beginning, the one that got stuck on the bottom of my socks, used that paper to rub oil on my private area. WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. If I could give it zero stars I would.
