Matt Calhoun Ive been seeing Dr. Troutt for about 4 years now, and he and his staff have always gone out of their way to accommodate me however and whenever necessary, including appointments over the telephone, calling in antibiotics when I was unable to come in for a visit, etc. He is successfully treating a couple not so fun illnesses. He takes the time to get to know and actually have conversations with all of his patients, and creates an environment where his patients are comfortable sharing personal info, medical and non medical. He is one of 2 Doctors I can remember ever having a normal conversation with.

Mac Broadway Dr Trout, like other US physicians, has many balls to juggle - office visits, hospital duty, nursing home visits, a truckload of record keeping for tracking & obtaining payment from 100’s of patients. It’s EZ2C how trying to keep all his bases covered & maintain a personal life could make the business of caring for others Very impersonal. But Dr Trout seems to keep the personal touch. I Feel he asks appropriate questions & usually listens closely. During last 4 years of Mom’s life was Mom & Dad’s primary care physician. Came periodically to Heritage House to check in on Mom. We took Dad to Dr Trouts office for visits. Thx 4 taking good care of Mom & Dad!

Barbara Garcia Since Dr. Roberts left, this place has really gone down hill. This new doctor doesnt care about the elderly. I went there a few times and he informed me to get my non-narcotic pain medicine which I have been on for 20 plus years that I would need to go to a pain management clinic which I have Never abused. He gave me 3 different medicines for 1 prescription. 1 of which I explained I couldnt take. Then I got Ill and needed a refill on my nausea medicine, he called in some different medicine. Then he offered me to come in to get a 250.00 COVID test. I believe he is weeding out the elderly people to get younger clients. My mother n law had almost the same experience. He told her she would have to go to pain management clinic. She is 85 yrs old. I will NEVER return. Neither will my mother n law. We WERE taking tramadol. Nothing addictive. We both have taken this med for many years with NO problems. Now I have to find another doctor. And I have no insurance. What a sad situation just because he thinks he knows whats good for someone who he just met. No compassion or care for us. Also at our age I assume that he doesnt care nor understand what it does to our bodies to be taking medicines for many years and then All of a sudden be taken off those medicines.

Katey Jackson I am in my hometown to visit my parents for a week, and my father is experiencing diabetic neuropathy which requires regular wound checks and dressing changes for his feet. I was present when Nina arrived and was able to observe her interactions with my (at times) very stubborn father. Today’s nurse, Nina approached the entire experience with calm professionalism, kindness, and education. She answered his and my questions and provided a lot of peace and education to help me understand what he’s experiencing and what he can do to help improve his symptoms. I live across the country and worry about my parents’ health, and knowing that they are being seen regularly by an organization that employs such kind and patient nursing staff. I can’t overstate how much peace it brings me to know that there are people who take caring for our seniors to heart. Thank you for what you do.

Kindra Smith So my daughter took her baby to the dr on Wednesday, sh wasnt able to see Dr. Scott and had to see another Dr. Which was Dr.Drennen. my granddaughter was running almost 102 temp and this dr said no need to be concern, her tonsils was read and she had fluid in her ear but she told my daughter no need to worry or be concerned. Will I went to Signature Care tonight with my daughter because her baby is still sick. They tested her for RSV and all other infections and for tonsillitis because her tonsils are so swollen they are almost touching each other. After test results she tested positive for RSV and her ears are red so the dr at Signature Care put her on a antibiotic for her ears. My granddaughter was sick when she was seen by Dr.Drennen and she told my daughter it is just allergies from the pollen. Never did she take any kind of test and to come find out by the dr at Signature Care she is sick with RSV. Just wanted to let people know what a bad doctor Dr.Drennen is and not too have your child seen by her.

Sammy Stansbury Everything was great. My nurse was great except for the one Hispanic nurse, older lady very out of touch with reality very rough non-caring the food was horrendous that they brought my wife and myself we could smell it from the hall and it smelt nasty. We both tried to eat it and just could not swallow it, but the nursing was great. They took great care of me in that aspect.

Stephen Outpatient surgical was better than most! Fantastic Anesthesiologist who really made the experience Solid gold! What I wasnt impressed with was the floor care for inpatient care. I had a fantastic night nurse for two days and a good day nurse for a few days but after that the nursing sucked. got stuck with this psycho nurse that was always singing to herself then went totally schizophrenic on me and put me in fear for my life, well I left AMA for my own protection. The food wasnt that bad but would have liked bigger portions. Pretty decent Emergency Department but the surgical care was top notch!

Cara Fuller RUN AWAY from this place. (Warning long review) Another review stated “ tried to blame me for her and her staffs incompetence and negligence” and I couldn’t put it any better myself. My son is a patient of Dr Holmes. Well, he had one phone visit with her. She prescribed medication. He responded well. That was last year sometime. Since then, we have spent all day holding the phone in hand waiting for a call for a phone visit that never happened TWICE. We were told they tried to call and we didn’t answer. Yeah right - we waited all day, no voicemail or missed call from her or her office. We had another appointment cancelled because she was on leave. Today, they cancelled his appointment because she “called out sick”. They offered me a reschedule two months from now. My son is out of psychiatric meds and will crash. A “crash” for him is generally violent. Dangerous for him, us, and his siblings. Dr Holmes refuses to refill the meds till he is seen. His nurse said she would send her a request when they called to cancel my appointment. That was five hours ago. I just called to check on it and was told they had not heard from her and the nurse or whoever I talked to was rude and dismissive about it. Do yourself a favor and find another doctor. Literally any other doctor. This place is terrible.

Granga Judy FOREWARNING: This is a lengthy review, but I wanted to share as much of the horrible experience I had so you would have enough “negative” to stay far, far away from this place!!! The ONLY reason I gave it a 1 star rating is because I couldn’t leave a review if I didn’t select a rating!!! I had been referred to this office (mistakenly) by my PCP. I decided to go ahead and see the Nurse Practitioner since my referral was mid-October and Dr. Holmes was booked up until March!! I have seen Nurse Practitioners in the past many times at several different appointments elsewhere so I chose to be seen in 3 days vs 5 months. I should have followed my gut feeling (and nose) when I walked into the office/waiting room and was met with a musty smell and what used to be light colored, suitable for sitting furniture. Or, when I was told by the receptionist, that the nurse practitioner was running late because she had an “emergency” visit…which was literally being conducted IN THE HALLWAY right beside the very small waiting room (with only cheap partial privacy glass between us)!! It was loud enough for us to hear her yelling at what was visually and audibly (the voice) of a CHILD!!!! When I was called back to her office, she wasn’t even in there, the chair was uncomfortable and placed unusually far from her desk. When she came in, she appeared frustrated and almost angry, and it took a really fast downward slide immediately!!! She was very hard for me to understand (very heavy accent and didn’t speak loud enough for me to hear her since I was sitting so far back) and extremely rude!! She didn’t want to hear/know anything ABOUT me…no eye contact whatsoever and just focused on her computer or her notes the entire time. So, when she said “tell me what is going on”, I tried, but she cut me off about 5 words in to ask what medications I was taking. All she wanted to know was what medication I was taking and telling me how wrong the combination was and that it “overlapped” with my current prescription medication routine (meaning more than one medication for certain same diagnoses such as depression and anxiety). But she never listened when I tried to explain how “TREATMENT RESISTANT” my depression and anxiety are!!! Now, I must add, that prior to February of this year I had a phenomenal psychiatric Nurse Practitioner that I had seen for years!! He listened and worked diligently for a long time to get my medication combination and dosage as close to right as he could!! He changed my life significantly twice…my first visit with him gave me hope…My last visit brought “panic” back to it. He retired and I have been searching for another “good” one to take his place. I’m still searching!!! Now, THIS “NP” started barking about taking 2 medications for the same symptom/diagnosis and what all I needed to STOP taking!!! My body does not work that way!!! I have been taking most of my medications for YEARS and I could quickly become suicidal if I stopped taking them! I have an ACTUAL card that I take everywhere with me that has a QR code that can be scanned to show bloodwork results that PROVE my body only responds to some medications when given by a certain route (some with pills, some with shots, and some in liquid form). It also proves my body takes higher than normal doses of some medications to treat my symptoms since I don’t respond to normal doses effectively because my body only uses small amounts of those medications and the rest is “sent to exit my body”. But, again, she refused to listen to my information and also refused to scan my QR code. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! This “lady” was so downright rude that I almost got up and walked out…but I had already paid my copay for the visit which literally took about 8 minutes!!! I told my husband in the waiting room (loud enough for all to hear) that I would NEVER set foot in there again!!! Thank you if you read this very lengthy review!! I just can’t describe the level of fury I have with this place and the disservice that all of her other appointments are receiving. So sad!!!

Ora Miles I had a sleep study scheduled on Feb 13, 2025 at 2130 hrs. I arrived at 2115 hrs. My sleep study didnt start until almost 2230 when the technician started putting all the wires on my head, arms, and legs. I think her name was Martha. She did give me a form to fill out but I figured if I filled it how I really felt, then it would not get turned in, plus she was rushing me. When attaching the wires standing in front of me, she passes gas loudly and smelly. She said excuse me and then proceeded to continue to pass gas several more times. She had told me to put my stuff on the table upon arrival so I asked how would I be able to get my stuff while all wired up. She told me that I didnt need my stuff. I responded that I had my Ipad in my bag so I could read to make self sleepy. She then picked up my bag and purse and tossed it toward the bed and it landed on the floor. I had to tell her that was really rude and uncalled for and I would not put up with that type of behavior. So once she got me lying down in the bed, she picked up my purse and bag and put it on the bed beside me. I asked her for some water to take my medications and she brought me an 8 ounce bottle of water. When I started drinking it with my medications, she told me I couldnt drink it all because I couldnt get up to go to the bathroom. I informed her that I drank plenty of water all the time and I was not incontinent and knew what I could drink and dont have to get up during the night. The next morning I was supposed to be awakened by 0500 and discharged by 0600. But she came in the room at 0515, turning on the lights and telling me she had to unhook me and I needed to get dressed right away. I can only assume that she was still running behind from the night before. She casually mentioned the 2 papers for me to fill out and return to her. This woman had no good bedside manner and I hope no one else has to go through what I suffered. The only kind thing she did was bring me a blanket when I was cold.

Double edged fist Disgusting excuse for an ER. If you are in pain, DO NOT waste your time coming here. They don’t care. I came in for severe abdominal pain. Place is pretty clean and neat, but that’s the only thing positive. The guy behind check in window doesn’t say a word. You pick up clip board and fill out two sheets, just to hand back in, to silent Bob. He later comes out (still not saying a word) to put on your plastic bracelet. I then later get called in by a young female tech/nurse whose pants are on so tight they looked like they were airbrushed on. Don’t know anybody’s name cause you can’t read their IDs and they don’t introduce themselves. Anyway she barely says two words while trying to take my blood pressure. She screws it up so the guy at the desk has to tell her how to do it. She starts up machine then takes a seat and starts getting on her phone. A real assurance that I’m in for real professional care. Not! Her attitude sucked. Fire her! You don’t belong being in the medical field with an attitude like that. So I’m asked why I came in. I explain that I’m in pain. At no time am I asked my pain levels or offered anything. I was just tossed back in the waiting room. So the waiting begins, with no communication. I have no idea when I’m up, how long the wait is, etc. It’s a whole different ball game when you’re in a large amount of pain, and have to just sit there. I eventually left and went elsewhere. This place is just unreliable. It’s unsettling to know when you need urgent medical care, that there is none available here. Complete lack of humanity. Shame on this place!!!

Richard Vernadeau Went to Dr Gangulys office at 8:30 simply to get the paperwork to go do lab tests. Girl at the reception area told me to go to waiting room that it would be a few minutes. 15 Minutes later I returned to the same reception and she said shed go back there and see what was taking so long and meet me in the waiting room. 10 more minutes pass. I go back to the receptionist and she informs me that they were having to change the ink in the printer. So then I get the paperwork. It is now 9:06. I go down to the Labcorps to hand over paperwork and have tests run. I sit down in that waiting room and one woman sitting there informed me that there was nobody in the lab and that she had been sitting there 20 minutes already. I waited another 15 minutes and another lady had sat down also right as I had come in. Two of us had pushed the button to ring the lab room to let them know we were there. There was no response during the 15 minutes that I was there. I got up and left as I had other appointments elsewhere and was on a time schedule.

GinaMichelle AvinaHernandez Dr. Coleman treated me like A person, a woman; not like someones whos beneath her or stupid. She saw me for almost two yrs, throughout the COVID pandemic, even after I moved too far away to make the drive. Her intake nurse helped me and was so kind and understanding even when I was so late every single time. Dr Coleman often called to see how I was, called and in a prescription to another Pharmacy if I needed it or after hours when I was late. She changed my life many times, now Im a more capable mother and woman! Im so very totally grateful Dr Mrs Coleman; for her professionalism, kindness, understanding and patience. Heaven knows, I am late the majority of times.
