Isabel Castaneda: I feel awful that I spent $148 for something I did not ask for and on top of that the amount of time I spent was in the end wasted. I get so many comments about who did my hair and why it looks the way that it does and where I went. I will not be going back. I never wanted highlights or two random streaks of blonde in front of my face. I’m just so sad truly I can not get use to this. I have to spend more money to fix it or just dye it myself to a solid color. I asked for a balayage top half, bottom half left alone….. something I get all the time and never had an issue. If it coudnt be done should have just told me instead of doing highlights and taking my money.
