5 /5 Robbie Robinson: I have a 1996 Ford F-250 Diesel that I bought 4 years ago. Immediately it needed some work done and Edwin’s was the closest to me. He quoted me a price, did the work, but found a few small issues that needed to be addressed.
He didn’t charge me extra because no parts were needed, just some TLC and it was done along the way.
I brought this truck back to have new door hinges installed, a starter related replaced due to a bad Amazon product and have my drum brakes looked at and adjusted.
It only took a week to do this, which sounds excessive until you realize that the doors need small adjustments to make sure they close like they are supposed to. And I walked in off the street, no appointment.
My doors now close better than factory ones, my updated and upgraded hinges meant that they couldn’t use the old paint pattern, but actually do it by hand. They replaced the starter relay, and adjusted my drum brakes, giving me more life out of them.
Edwin’s Repair shop has great customer service, the repair cost is about the same, but he doesn’t upcharge for parts like other places. What you find in the store is the same price he charges, and the work is better than most dealerships.
Will I come back? Of course! Would I recommend this to friends and family? Already have, and will do again.
