Norma Torres: He used to provide better care, and compassion was a key aspect of his approach. Now, appointments are only with nurse practitioners, and each visit involves a different person. During our last visit with the doctor, the consultation felt rushed and careless.

Natalie Saenz: Highly unsatisfied with care here. On several occasions, Dr. Johnson would not refill my prescriptions. I would call repeatedly to ask that they be refilled, and they would not. On several occasions I went for more than 2 weeks before she would finally refill. Terminated my relationship with this doctor due to her negligence!

Jodie Shao: The visit with the NP was quick but getting blood drawn was a near 2 hour wait even though I was told "a couple of minutes". If they had told me how long the actual wait was, I wouldve gone to Quest labs.
Harmony Womens Clinic - El Paso
Brianna Rodriguez: Would give this zero stars if I could. Normally I don’t post reviews because I know it’s difficult for some businesses, but I want to warn people about the clinic. I came in as a new patient and the staff and nurses were kind when I first checked in I was called up to the desk about four times asking about my insurance and then I was taken back for the my vitals and sent back up front to wait for room to be called then another nurse and came and got me and asked for my vitals again, but I told her I already had them done. The office also isn’t very clean and very disorganized process. Finally, I got back to the room and the doctor came in. And since it was my first time, I expected to be greeted, but she came in talking on the phone about another patient and left the door open while I was undressed from the waist down, my husband had to close the door! Complete invasion of privacy from a doctor, which I thought was unprofessional but I continued the appointment. She then began to ask me what I was here for and I mentioned I was having difficulty with my cycles and haven’t gotten my cycle in four months she preceded to say “then what are you here for” I again told her I was concern about not having my cycle. She began to ask routine questions because I had had a baby a year ago. I was in the office with my husband who began also telling her I was experiencing extreme fatigue and difficulty eating. She looked back and me and laughed and says “it doesn’t look like she has difficulty eating”. Shocked I just sat there (mind you I’m still undressed from the waist down), trying to hear what she actually said to me and even my husband was quiet because he and I couldn’t believe that she had said that. I had struggle with trying to keep the baby weight off since I had my daughter and that is the thing that broke me from the inside, and hearing it from a professional made me feel terrible inside. I should have walked out right then and there. She proceeded to exam me and comment on other parts of my body such as my legs not being shaven. After we left the office with no answer I got to the waiting room and started crying because it was the worse experience I have felt in my life and just left without checking out. Clearly the doctor isn’t considerate of peoples feelings and doesn’t do well with new patients. Was my first and my last time there..

Belinda Ortega: This physician is greatly lacking in bedside manner. My ailing parents had to find a new doctor because of his staffs lack of attention to their needs.

Elizabeth Garcia: Dr. Hambalie is an excellent doctor, he did surgery on both my husband and I, the surgery worked excellent on both of us! After our surgeries, he told us that in five years we would have to return for more work, he was right, after five years we would have to return for an other issue that our insurance would not pay for, he was right, five years later the pain came back! It is a huge bummer they dont take Humana anymore!!
UMC Healthcare Partners - Border Pediatrics - El Paso

TT Smiley: It would be quite beneficial to either email or even text service members before their appointment. Please keep in mind that some of our Service Members are not sleeping well at night and need gentle reminders with complete addresses. I am glad I took off work to be with my husband. He only had a link that did not give him information such as address, it just continued to spin. I drove and he finally found a number. Listen...please have someone analyze the way Service Members are contacted and receive information. Please and thank you.
