1 /5 Rachel Feuerhammer: I previously gave this company a good review because I was able to get an appointment in time to get a prescription refill. However, since then, I have been completely frustrated with the company and their lack of service. My insurance company advised that they requested additional information from Telemind to be able to process my claims, and Ive reached out a number of times to get assistance but received no response. I still have not had the issue resolved despite my first visit being months ago. Recently, I tried canceling an upcoming appointment (because I dont want to pay for the appointment fee without insurance coverage for a three minute conversation), but the electronic service keeps sending me reminders of the upcoming appointment. So frustrating!
