Hillside Medical Lodge - Gatesville
Tracy Buchle: My mom has been a resident at Hillside Medical Lodge for almost 3 years. I absolutely have zero complaints when it comes to mom’s care she receives, the friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the facility and the overall welcoming that this facility gives to anyone who walks through the door. When my mom started getting to that time in her life that she couldn’t take care of herself, this is where she wanted to go. I believe one of the things that impresses me the most is that not ANY EMPLOYEE is afraid to step out of their job description and help a co-worker out! That is very rare these days but I have witnessed the Administrator answering the phone, front office help pass out trays for meals and just sit with patients that needed a little bit of TLC! I highly recommend anyone needing a safe and loving place for your loved one to go for a visit.
Bawduniak John J MD - Gatesville
AG M.: Dr Bawduniak very caring surgeon with his patients and professional. I had my gallbladder removed and from the nurses, anesthesiologist and all very professional I definitely felt well taken care off. Dr Bawduniak my #1 surgeon to be recommended to family and friends. Thank you so much to all!!
Coryell Veterinary Clinic - Gatesville
paul jackson: I used to love this place but ever since Dr. Clay retired it is not the same! I took my diabetic cat there and was told his kidneys were bad and he had an infection and that I had to leave him there! After 3 days they sent him home with just fluids but no antibiotics for the infection or meds for his kidneys! I am not taking him back to them because I feel like they just want your money but don’t really want to make your pet better! I’m ver disappointed at how much the care has declined after Dr. Clay left the clinic
Christopher Long - Gatesville
M Vaughan: He was very attentive, a good listener, and he gave me good care. Also, he helped me get an MRI quickly, gave me a referral to a Neurologist, and he followed up the same day that I got out of the hospital. He was great!
Parkland Health - Dallas
A M: Starting my cancer treatment in this facility has been by far the worst mistake and experience of my life. Doctors are careless, nurses don’t care about the patients. You are just one more to them. I had my port surgery scheduled for 10:30am and it it’s 2pm and I’m left alone in a room without a nurse or a doctor to come see me. I called them and they are being rude saying I will have to wait at least another 2 hours. Please don’t come to Parkland, seek medical attention somewhere else. I’m a US citizen being treated as If I was not a human being that has every right to be treated with dignity
Baylor University Medical Center, part of Baylor Scott & White Health - Dallas
Tyes Notary: Dear Lord, You know how I hate the doctors & hospital because I dont want to be sick....but since its the new year doing all that preventive maintenance so I can stay healthy throughout the year. My specialist chose Baylor Radiology Dept to oversee his orders. This was the best experience ever from scheduling, e-check in, actually checking in, testing & even parking. I had 3 days of back to back exams, and I was greeted just walking in by nice professional people in Blazers & a smile.....Wow! Please forgive me Im old & cant remember names but TKima, Claudia, & I believe Regina from the Roberts Building Rad Dept were top tier....literally everyone in the area really loved what they do for patients. Three days of exams went by quickly & without regret. Again, Im glad this is just once a year, but Im so glad my doctor picked Baylor for my testing. There were so many smiling faces and a beautiful campus.
Childrens Medical Center Dallas - Dallas
Mr. Cook: This hospital and the staff are amazing. If you decide to come in during the afternoon or at night, do not blame them for having to wait a long time. They are busy because they are the best hospital within 4 hours (Cook is good too). They get busy because there are not many options around. The staff was super sweet to my little girl and nice to me. They took care of us, and we were in and out within 3.5 hours. Do things different from others and get different results. Thank you for this place. They finally figured out what was wrong with my daughter and the other 4 doctors she has seen, had no idea. They just threw stuff at the wall and hoped it would stick. I will come back if there is ever another emergency.
Southwestern Medical District -
Matha Goram: Fortunate for DFW to have such a premier establishment in the heart of Dallas.
Baylor University Medical Center - Roberts Hospital - Dallas
Brittney Hallcy: Earlier today I was picking my mom up from Baylor the Robert’s building at around the 12pm hour. I sat in the valet parking at 15 to 20 minutes. One of the employees which was a female was very rude. Being very loud with me. She tapped on my window to ask me if I was picking someone up and I told her yes. She asked me to move. I told her I’m sorry but I thought the valet line was the another line right behind the black suv that was there. She proceeded on to become very loud and rude and arguing with me as she wanted to fight me. Witnesses were there
