And we had a great experience with the pediatrician ER. Dr. Cantu and along with his team Idalia, Desiree, Jacky, Stefanie & Ricardo. They were very helpful with our 2 month old. As well as the front desk that signed us in.
Emergency Room at Rio Grande Regional Hospital - McAllen Claire Hernandez: Literally went in due to high blood pressure after giving birth 3 weeks ago & dr. came in saying there was nothing they can do and was sent home 20 min later wasnt even acknowledged properly dr. wasnt even listening to my concerns and was smirking when i was explaining my concerns and symptoms. OVERALL THIS HOSPITAL NEEDS TO GET THEIR SHT TOGETHER. ;(
Valley Medical Arts Clinic, PA - McAllen Jenny R: Always a great experience visiting Edgar Garcia PA-C he is always so friendly and full of energy. Explains everything perfectly. Front staff is kind and MA’s are very tentative. Only issue is there is no direct line for them to answer. it is always the voicemail. I always have to communicate through the patient portal but even then always get a reply and appt.
DHR Health Behavioral Hospital - Edinburg Zaymi: Behavioral Institute sounds about right. Initially, I was ok. I was administered physciatric med, for supposed temperament, it made me hallucinatate. I wasnt angry I was scared. I was called into a room afterward where a nurse and a person I couldnt see behind a desk ridiculed me. It is sad. I only suffered from depression and came out with PTSD. Yes, your right youre not a hospital.
DHR Health Day Surgery - Edinburg Juan Marcos Chavez Paz: I just had a procedure done here. Everything went well. All personnel was very friendly. Facility is new and very clean. All steps were done as expected. Nurses explained all. Anesthesia assessment was also easy. Procedure went smooth without complications. Dr Sanchez went to my room to explain the results and I even received a copy of my results.
