1 /5 Pretty Prettygirl: I received three bundles of hair, and when I went to the hairdresser, she installed two of them. However, as she started installing the third bundle, she asked if I had used the bundles before. I told her no, that I had just purchased them. It turns out they sold me used bundles, and they refused to take responsibility or show any accountability. They even lied, claiming they only source their products from a warehouse. But would a warehouse really supply dirty and old hair tracks? I’m going out of town tomorrow, so I had no choice but to get my hair done, but I’m extremely upset that they sold me used bundles. They clearly don’t care about their customers and only take advantage of them.

1 /5 CeEra Jones: I ordered 3 24” sea wave bundles. 2 of the bundles were completely different for the other one. They were super thin wefts but extremely long compared the other 1, literally double the size. I believe I only got 1 actual good quality bundle and the other two are trash. My hair is constantly tangled without me touching it and once I comb it out it sheds like crazy. I sent an email and sent pictures of the inconsistency in the bundles and got no response. Never again will I waste another dollar with this company.

1 /5 Izzy Foxx: The hair upon opening I knew it was not good hair. Its tangled and it hasnt even been unwrapped. I just opened it and I knew it wasnt any good. It was a pretty penny, if I was local I would be in the store but no refunds on the hair or exchanges but baby I dont like it. Its terrible

1 /5 Caroline: So disappointed as I heard so many great reviews about dhair just for me to purchase their hair during Black Friday, install them and in just 2 weeks saw how poor quality it is. They tangle really bad and shred so much. I brought this to their attention and at first they offered me a coupon which was a slap in the face because why would I spend more money for the same thing? I asked for them to revamp the bundles which they did free of charge but still did nothing at all. Wondering if they switch vendors because of the sale but they have lost a customer for good! Would be very weary of using them.

5 /5 Amanda O: The customer service was really nice. The shop is really pretty as well. They had a lot of hair selections so we’ll see how I like the hair once it’s installed
