Shout out to the front desk gentleman, he is always down to listen and is always very funny. (We got two dip and tip manicures and one gel toe nail done for a very reasonable price!)

Every time I visit, she takes her time to ensure my nails are perfect, and she always listens to exactly what I want. Whether it’s a simple manicure or an intricate nail design, Lana’s skills and precision shine through. She is also incredibly friendly and makes each appointment a relaxing and enjoyable experience. 5 /5 Ann Aviles: Update on review: I returned with Kay and service was amazing, communication on all prices were on point and clear. All I ever ask for when I’m paying for a requested service, so 10/10 I did have Tracey for my pedicure this time and I absolutely love her work and I will request her every time! 10/10 But I also want to point out Steven, he works front and payments and all! He’s top tier and so kind. I am happy leaving and obviously will return!! I loved the nail tech Kay, I had Gel X done. I paid for a luxury gel pedicure and don’t feel like it was worth $60 when she didn’t clean under my nails, didn’t take any cuticle off my toes and barely filed them. I was also unhappy that they have you pick your service and if you pick short nails they don’t ensure you’re getting short and up charge when paying. Multiple times I said short and when she cut my nails, she should have said, this isn’t considered short so I could have chosen shorter or stayed the length I had. It’s on paper and voiced and still not listened to. But nails were great and I’ll use her again, would use a different tech for my feet. Overall I’d recommend and go back just making sure to verbally check the length I wanna pay for is what I’m getting!
