5 /5 Mary Wood: Ruby is absolutely amazing! Shes so patient and incredibly skilled at what she does. The pricing is reasonable, and she was super gentle during the removal process. No pain at all and very careful with my nails. I 100% recommend her!

2 /5 Charlotte: I found the pedicure to be overpriced and mediocre. I was charged $71.50, despite having signed for a $70 service. The experience was not enjoyable; the sponge Tom (my tech) used felt like a brillo pad. He also wasnt very friendly and made me feel like a burden. I opted for the "Luxe Pedi" upgrade, but there was nothing luxurious about it. My nails were filed/shaped unevenly and the gel polish was applied too thickly. Only giving two stars as a courtesy because they were able to get me on the same day. I think the good reviews are based on who you get, however, its not consistent. Also, the towel that was used during the service was visibly not clean. Unfortunately, I didnt have a great experience and will not return.

1 /5 Sarah L: i went here to get acrylic removed and received the worst service i’ve ever had at a nail salon. during the removal the tech kept hitting my cuticles with the tool sanding down my nails, which was cutting up my cuticles and hurt pretty badly. when i flinched when she hit me particularly hard one time, she looked at me like i was crazy. then came the soak off part, which meant my fresh cuts on my cuticles were soaked in alcohol, which was super painful. by the time i left, i still had chunks of acrylic stuck on my nails. now i have to go to a different nail salon to get the rest taken off, which i had to wait for my cuticles to heal first. don’t go here if u don’t want a painful, inadequate removal service.

She was so careful and detail-oriented with every step. No strong smells, no discomfort, just a smooth, beautiful experience. Im truly satisfied!

1 /5 Joyce: I’m leaving this review due to an extremely disappointing experience. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was unwelcoming and lacked basic courtesy. The pedicure I received was by far the worst I’ve ever had. The nail technician, Alice, seemed uninterested and careless. She did not properly remove the gel from my toes despite me repeatedly telling her it was painful. Instead of soaking or gently removing the gel, she aggressively scraped and filed it, which caused discomfort and even cut into my skin. She didn’t even bother to clean up my cuticles and just clipped my toenails straight across without filing or shaping them, leaving sharp edges. Her attitude was rude, and her technique felt rushed and unprofessional. When I brought my concerns to the front desk, the only resolution offered was to waive the gel removal fee and tell me I didn’t need to leave a tip. The overall experience felt rushed and impersonal, like a high-turnover nail mill. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this salon to others.
