Rubys Nail Spa- Decatur - Decatur allison stevens: I came in for a dip set around 5pm with an appointment and the woman who did my nails was rushing through it and was so rough it was painful most of the time and she cut my skin with the drill. She was not friendly at all which made me feel uncomfortable and I didn’t get even close to the color I asked for (pictures of what I asked for and what I got). I definitely felt like an inconvenience and not a customer, very disappointed
