Nakita Polk: If I could give zero stars I would ! Our family moved here from Niagara Falls a year ago, my son has been going here for a year . Im back and forth for my professional Wax & Beauty Bar in Ny. Every time he has gotten he hair twisted here I have told him it has looked horrible but he 16 and kept booking here. Today he went and again his hair looks horrible ! And not only that the unprofessional stylist texted my son stating the 50 dollar was counterfeit, so he called her and I got on the phone with her and instantly she starts to say she going to make a police report. How unprofessional........ I wouldnt dare contact my client(s)with that rude ghetto behavior. I told her "well thats not a need " its 50 dollars..... Ill send it to you. If its counterfeit then he was given counterfeit. Why not ask first and see how we can resolve this? This is a greedy business that does sloppy work with an unprofessional stylist! I wouldnt dare let my client leave looking like this. If I would have goggled her salon before allowing my son to find one on his own this would have never been a choice. Even the photos of the salon looks unsanitary and sloppy, for my standards. I will be investigating to make sure the stylist is even licensed, which I doubt because this is unprofessional work and behavior. noneya beeswax: Kind of hit or miss seems like every time they get a great barber. They run them off. Happy to see my favorite person from here. Works at the Sport Clips right up the road now.
