We were in and out pretty quickly. I’m so grateful for this ER in our area. We’ve both been there a few times and we have no complaints.

1 /5 Herbert Cumbaa: I went here paid,was told in full,and 5 months later received another bill.how many places dont want full reimbursement? They tried to extort and sent me 2 different bills. I can recommend seeking medical attention elsewhere. Billing is full of thieves.extremely unethical their billing is in Nashville dont think your going to speak with anyone local.

1 /5 Rusty Wilson: On January 2024, I came in to this place cause I had pain and I think a infection in my left leg and pain in the left arm, after waiting almost a hour. I guess the doctor came out and looked at my leg and said I think it’s a bug bait. Without looking at the bottom of my foot/ankle where I had a bad sore area that was infected and inflamed. So without any further investigation he gave me a prescription for a bug bite and Tylenol. I asked the nurse about the pain in my left arm and she said take the Tylenol for that to. Then sent me on my way. No examination room was use. I would not recommend this place for anyone.

Tiffany Mathison: The care is apoloing. Lack of really. Picture in pain with no one that cared, told could not have a blanket to place on the floor against policy. Couldnt put him in a room we had to wait.There is NO compassion from Nurses or staff at desk, triage. Came in last night 7pm, told need surgery, its 9am and still waiting on surgeon to come assess situation. Being told by charge nurse it could take several hours, Doctors come when they come. Its a Saturday which is a weekend so who knows. Pain not managed, call button not hooked up. When you look for help no one is around. Poor excuse for an ER or hospital.

Corri: This lab is terrible! You show up 30-45 minutes before they open to “get in line”, but There’s no way to keep others from jumping ahead once the kiosk for checking in opens up. I was 9th to pull a ticket, but still waited 40 minutes before I was called up to verify my information, then waited another 10 minutes to be called back. There are probably 40 people sitting and waiting. I can see why their board says the wait is 3-4 hours!! It’s time to hire some contractor personnel to help with specimen collection!!
