1 /5 bingjing ye: This place is a nightmare! The doctor keeps recommending my child to get the HPV vaccine, talking about the benefits, and I asked if my insurance covers it and if its free. She told me yes, but a month later, I received a bill. I have to pay them over $200, which is a dark institution. Last year, when my child had a body annual check they checked the eyes directly. I think they have a duty to tell parents that this item is subject to additional charges, but they didnt. They will only send you a bill after the fact! Its like this every time, and Im really disappointed!

5 /5 Destiny Alcazar: Dr. Horn is my daughters doctor my husband and I love her! We have only gone in for a few visits but we can tell she has the best intentions for her patients and is very knowledgeable. As a first time mom she has made me feel heard and validated with any concerns pertaining to my daughter. We are very pleased with her and the staff at Cooks. Everytime we have gone in the front office staff has always been extremely welcoming and helpful as well. Keep up the great work! (-: 10/10 recommend.

5 /5 OA ER “Leezardbreath”: Dr. Horn is absolutely amazing, we love her! We just started going there a year ago apparently after they had a system/medical group management change. Communication has been good so far, Im signed up for text notifications, and I can pre check in online. I have had no issues viewing or retrieving records because I use the MyChart app and everything I need is in there. I havent had to contact the office very much, but every interaction weve had has been friendly and professional.

5 /5 Julia Little: We met with Dr. Schwartz while I was still pregnant with my daughter, he was so kind and answered all of our questions about having a baby and what to expect for her needs and care. He came to the hospital to check on her the morning after she was born and just before we were discharged. He stayed to answer all our questions and make sure we were doing well. From day one he has always given her incredible care! You can tell he truly cares about his patients and takes the time to answer all of our questions at every visit. His staff is just as incredible, Darla has helped me through so many of those panicky moments first time parents have. She returns every phone call very quickly and also is so patient in answering all my questions. Everyone there is just wonderful with children and parents! We are so grateful for the wonderful care our daughter receives here.
