5 /5 Rachel Ashcraft: I went there because of a tonsil checking, and for nose congestion, the medicine worked overnight! My doctor was super sweet best doctor Miss Scarlet Reed!

1 /5 Mitchell Castie: Not one person had a clue what was going on brought my 2 sons in to have tonsils removed for told all this information we thought was helpful but none of it was they told us we would get brought to recovery immediately after surgery so my 6 year old son would not panic when he woke up but instead we were left in the waiting room until he was released when we asked the nurses what was going on they were useless had no idea about anything to busy standing around flapping their gums drawing a easy paycheck I’m a very upset parent and this is far from over I will be speaking to the director

4 /5 Deborah Bryant: My daughter was admitted into this hospital for 5 days deathly sick. If she hadn’t called me to take her when she did. The doctors had already told us a couple more days. She would have been in ICU. She finally got to go home last night. But everyone from the ER to the floor was amazing. Only reason I didn’t give full stars is because there kitchen needs some serious attention. The food was just awful. Very well priced but they had to do it cheaper just to get some to eat it. There was also a lady from the business center came up to talk to us and she was RUDE. But with the doctors and nurses being so good that all I was concerned about because they were the ones treating my girl. Get a handle on the food and business office and I would have nothing but great things to say about this hospital.

1 /5 Fran Allen: My mother was taken to Conroe ER and they did a good job evaluating her. Her surgeon also did an excellent job with her surgery. Once she was on the regular care floor it all went downhill. Her Call button went unanswered for hours (pain meds were needed and a super long wait) .....too many patients per nurse. She was left sitting up in her chair for hours on end. Her meals did not get ordered/sent several times. She also got a bedsore from not being moved often enough/lying in the same position for hours. Two of my mothers grandchildren who live out of state sent her flowers which were delivered to the hospital lobby, left unattended at some desk and were promptly stolen and never made it to her room (the security guard said that sadly this happens all of the time). Two days before she was to be transferred to a skilled nursing facility, ants and termites were discovered in her room. Our family requested for her to be moved to another room and that did not get done until the next day. Next time an ER visit or hospital stay is needed our family will make a further drive to take her to a different hospital with a better standard of care.

1 /5 fine 1998: They are bad customer service!!! My boyfriend was having a bad anxiety attack and his heart was skipping and they still made him wait in lobby and I’m very disappointed
