5 /5 Cyn B: I recommend this shop. I had a flat in Big Bend National Park, found out the last person to work on my car cross threaded my lug nuts. Once we arrived the owner had the threaded part cut off and replace, then took the rim to the tire shop to have a new one put on and returned. They were friendly, professional and went way above to help. Id use them in a heartbeat if I was in town again.

I also ask them to check my brakes, they came back to me with, “your brakes are good” that alone is reason enough for 5 stars. Everyone was friendly, professional and helpful. Shop dog is super friendly. I highly recommend this shop. AND they gave me a Hot Wheels car.

Best Body Shop and Automotive Calibration - Alpine

Kaitlyn Stinson: Dropped our car off February 14 to have the lift gate and part of the exhaust replaced. We werent extremely confident, considering when we walked in the office it smelled overwhelmingly of pot. Picked it up March 11, and the lift gate and exhaust are certainly replaced. It also came back with new scratches and a broken tail light. The owner offered to show intake pictures proving the damage didnt occur in-house, but was unable to. The paint on the lift gate was extremely poorly matched. When this was brought up, the owner claimed the paint *couldnt* be matched properly because of the age of the car, which is either testament to his lack of knowledge of automotive paint or the ineptitude of his painter. Overall the work was done but it was done sloppily, and the car came back with damage it didnt have going in. Voicing my complaints to the owner, all I received were excuses and a challenge to "Come match the paint yourself" and when I offered to bring in someone competent enough to do exactly that I got kicked out of the shop. He also felt the need to threaten me with court, as if it was offensive to him to expect quality body work for $5,000. No body shop with any integrity or personal pride would send out a car this poorly done.

However, he only had plugs at the time and was out of patches. He was able to recommend us to someone else. He was very friendly. Just in the future, if anyone is in the area keep Sean in mind. Devin Romero: Highly recommended to me and Now I highly recommend to you. Trevino auto works took care of our 3rd gen Dodge 3500 Cummins diesel truck when we were traveling with our rv in the area. Not only of the very, very few places in the area that will work on a diesel pick up truck, but they are also extremely honest and reliable, and they did a great job. They did the head gaskets on our truck, did a great job and we will return if we need other work done. They also have great prices and really care about people.
