1 /5 Amy Mackie: Car owners, beware! Please read reviews and save yourself hassle. I went in for an inspection, with cash and a paper copy of my insurance. I passed with no issues. Unfortunately, all three employees were exceedingly harsh and rude, and for no reason. I had all the required materials. My children were calm and quiet and well behaved. I wasnt talking loudly on my phone or playing music or games on it. We interacted very sweetly with the adorable office pug. And yet, I was spoken to very rudely, especially by the middle aged man who sat behind his computer and spoke to me, still from behind a screen, never making eye contact, couldnt see his face. If I need another inspection, I will happily drive hours away to get it. If I ever need car repairs, I am grateful there are other shops in town; with which my husband has already successfully worked. I have no idea what these peoples problems are, but they are clearly serious and deep seeded.

5 /5 Kari Wilson: Quick and honest work. Ive gone there several times for inspection and they are always quick and professional. The older gentleman has saved me time and money before, hes very knowledgeable about what he does and the business. Yeah people complain about them but honestly they just want to get the work done and move onto the next. They have always been nice and respectful to me and my family. Just do your research for what you need ahead of time and forgods sake stay out of the bays! That goes for any mechanic shop. I recommend this service shop

1 /5 dereck campos: Had to deal with a coward kid that works there today. The younger dude got in my face after i asked him why they didnt work on the car after 2 weeks. as i try to close the hood to the car, he then grabs my hand and pushes it away to try and close the hood himself. when confronted about touching me, he then gets in my face to “act” like he wanted to hit me. cops were called but they cant do anything because “there cameras dont work”. feel sorry for how miserable that family is. very very depressing. hopefully the young kid that works there can get a life.

2 /5 Sterling Crim: I would suggest finding another repair service if at all possible. The manager was very rude and abrasive, did not communicate progress or estimated repair time and ultimately ended up taking two full days to replace an alternator for a very common Truck. A simple repair became a very stressful couple of days arranging tow service, rental car, local hotel and major disruption of plans. To add insult to injury, I was told once completed that they only take cash or check.

5 /5 squishybrick: Have had my car worked on here multiple times now. Good service, good prices, good people. The waiting room is a bit basic, but they have decent A/C and they sell drinks at a nice price, so the waits never too bad. Can sometimes be tricky to find a place to park if theyre having a busy day. The staff are typically quiet and keep to themselves, but they always promptly answer any questions clearly and respectfully. Most interactions Ive had there have been simple and straight-forward. If you just want your car fixed with no nonsense or fake grins, this is a good place to go.
