2 /5 Teresa Wali: I had an appointment with Courtney and I hate to complain but the appointment was not good. I showed her pictures of what I was looking for, which was lots of layers and layers that frame my face. She said that should be okay for her to do, then halfway through the cut (she did wash & dry it) she says she doesnt feel comfortable cutting the front part of my hair. She asked the stylist next to her (Jeremy) to help and he did a good job. However, he said for her to finish my hair. In the time he was trying to layer the front part of my hair, she had started helping another client. She asked if I could stay and wait, I said no problem. An hour goes by if waiting and I said I couldnt wait any longer and left without a style and unfinished cut. She did say I could come back for a free style but I preferred not to return and went to another salon. Where they said there were no layers added to my hair and it didnt appear I even had a haircut prior to that visit. Extremely frustrating I paid for a haircut twice at that point and only one true cut from another Salon. I didnt feel like the cut I got from Courtney was worth the price, I think she needs more experience before she can agree to certain levels of haircuts.
