1 /5 Cynthia Geis: I wasn’t able to use this business. So I’ve been trying to reach her for a week. Have called multiple times, it rings and rings and goes to voice mail saying to send her a text. I have sent her 4 texts over the past week with no response. Had to finally contact Groupon to ask for a refund. Terrible customer service. If she can’t do my hair fine, at least respond.
