Amber Garcia: I rented space from Bella’s House of Beauty in Killeen, Tx several times. I was very happy to be in such a pretty place. I was made to feel welcome by Maria the owner and the other entrepreneurs who were so friendly and helpful. My guest were impressed with how lovely the spa was set up. Maria the owner is great at communicating, which was very helpful for my needs. She never made me feel like I was bugging her. The space I rented from her was clean, organized and safe.
Annie T: Quick, honest, and punctual. I called as a walk in because I had seen my coworker with her hair braided. We are in town for 2 days so taking me today was a blessing. Hair took 3 hours and she gave me exactly how I requested, light hair and mid back. Thank you Eunice :)
Natasha Rogers: Even though their online system did not work and my appt did not go through on the online portal I was greeted by the ladies inside politely and they were very apologetic. I was STILL able to get my hair done and I appreciated the atmosphere of positivity.
Gaualofa Fuga: I had an awesome experience with Cheri, the owner. Shes truthful and professional. Cheri took the time to talk to me and answer all my questions and shes an expert in what she does .I asked her other clients and they told me that Cheri is the best and they have been coming here for years. Cheri made me feel comfortable and is very respectful. She will be working on my daughters hair as well . Balance Salon and Spa is clean, pretty looking and professional inside. I had gone to six other salons in Killeen Texas that day and not only the inside of their salons were dirty, looking like it hasnt been swept or mopped in weeks. It makes you wonder if their salon equipment are clean? "Some of the owners & workers were very dismissive , rude and had no patience answering my questions. Figured they didnt need my money, which isnt wise because inflation prices has gone high. Moreover, I will going to Balance Salon & Spa from now on and taking my friends and family there ❤️❤️❤️

Toya was friendly and ready on time to start my daughter’s hair the shop was clean and very professional and nicely decorated. Toya provided the hair service in a timely manner and my daughter really enjoyed getting her hair done I recommend this salon to anyone looking for professional stylist and salon providing great service and knowledgeable with hair care.
Malaika Avi: I had to cut my hair off after my experience with Tedaka. She relaxed my hair & bleached and colored it. My hair fell shedded and broke off. I also didn’t like the color so I then went back to her and she suggested we do not use bleach to “keep the integrity of my hair” - but I didn’t realize the hair was dead the second she touched it. My new hairstylist advised me to leave a ‘nasty’ review as the shops owner , Ms. D watched her do this, and anyone with a liscense should know better. I’d rather she had advised me that what I wanted was not possible , than her take my money and me loose my hair. Am writing this review to let any and everyone know to go elsewhere.
J H: First time at this shop. My hair looks gorgeous. Took me same day and all the ladies were very nice. Constantly kept asking me if braids were too tight and great price.
