1 /5 CARLA MCK: Hannah was really patient and great but I will not be back. I was told that two people were available to handle my dip set and my pedicure. When I arrived, everyone looked at me as if no one spoke to me on the phone about scheduling my appointment. I sat down to begin my pedicure only to find out that no one was available to do my dip set, which caused me to say for two hours in total, which is absolutely unacceptable. I could have booked an appointment elsewhere if I would have known there would have been such a wait originally called. Lastly, the very petite lady that’s checking people out needs to work on her customer service. She’s checking people out with a mask on and also has an accent that is challenging to understand but was getting upset when I asked her to repeat herself. Take the mask off when you’re checking people out. When I left, she snatched the tip from my hands and walked off. I don’t care what she recalls, that’s exactly what just happened. I thought it was best simply to walk away and I decided to not return.
