1 /5 Debbie O: I came here to get nails with design. When i walked in it was completely empty. I showed them what i wanted and they said they could do it.
The person i spoke to was to do my nails.
Instead, she sent someone else after i sat down and all they did was take off my top coat, buff and painted my acrylic nails with a gel polish and charged me 60$ under the āextraā itemized category.
No design. It is inconsiderate and rude to change techs on a customer without discussion or notice. People have places to be and things to do so the time should be honored and respected.
My pedicure of 66$ was messy with cheap polish that continued to streak even with multiple coats applied.
I guess itās empty in there for a reason. I said this to them and I will say it again, I wont be going back.
Unless you want a basic job done for 60$, i recommend finding another nail spot.
