5 /5 Mike Farrow: John is absolutely the best. Had other things that we talked about with my truck and he pointed me in the direction to go to the dealer for them as it is covered in warranty. Came in for an oil change and came out with a honest look at my truck with other things. He is dedicated to his craft and the most honest guy I have ever dealt with when it comes to vehicles. Yall know how that goes. If my truck wasn’t still under warranty for other issues, I trust no one but him.

5 /5 Christopher Minior: Absolute top notch service from John. He works on all of our daily vehicles, as well as a recent classic Chevy truck restoration project. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else. John is amazing. From Mini to BMW to Chevy to Ford, we own them all and they all break. John is the only mechanic we trust with our vehicles, and we drive over an hour to get to him. Professionalism, honesty (sometimes not what we want to hear, but what we need to hear) very fair pricing, and sometimes the less than 24 hour turnaround to keep our vehicles on the road is why we keep going back. A+++ for John and his crew.

Took me in as a sort of emergency appt to get my overheating car fixed, so we could go celebrate my friends daughters birthday. I wont go anywhere else. Extremely good experience. Thorough, helpful & very reasonably priced, especially for a European mechanic shop. This is not an "insert new part here" technician. John is an actual highly skilled mechanic with years of experience working on BMW & Mini. Hes also willing to discuss his diagnosis with his customer, & explain things, without "talking down" to them. Theres several Euro shops in town, but I highly recommend Shipley. Theyll do you right. Yes, I know my car is filthy. :-(

5 /5 Bianca Garcia: I took my 2019 volkswagon atlas because the a/c was not cooling and it was over heating we brought it to them to get it repaired. He diagnosed the problem & the communication with them was great, with no delays fixed my cooling issue and now its freezing in my car!! Recommend this place!!
