I have been dealing with a car issue for over two months with another mechanic and was given the run around saying my car was completely unfixable without a full new engine replacement. Luckily, I got a second opinion with Ciscos. He was not only able to fix it but he did it in one afternoon. He was honest and helpful. As a single mother this meant the world to me. Melanie Heard We were charged for diagnostics and given a quote for a job that, when taken to another mechanic was not only the wrong issue, but even the wrong code and the part they claimed needed to be replaced was in great condition and did not need to be replaced at all. Would not recommend and will not be returning. Update: After being a different diagnosis and having another shop fix the car Cisco’s gave us a refund for our last visit.

Adam Haley Disappointed, and upset. After nearly 2 months of waiting for them to look at it. Not only did they “not have any interest” in working on my vehicle. Before they came to that conclusion they pulled it in and ripped the dash apart. While fragile from age, a lower section was broken out to access behind the dash easier. Also, fuses left out, pieces not put back in place. It’s bad enough they wouldn’t even attempt to check it out thoroughly, but to leave my truck in worse condition than when it was dropped off is ridiculous.

Dolores Hill We were in Midland visiting our daughter and new grandbaby.. our car started leaking coolant ..O’Reillys auto shop on Big Springs recommended Sugars… he got us in next day and was great to work with and charged a fair price . He even said come back before you drive back to California and I’ll check everything to make it is ok But it all seemed OK, no leaks, so we didn’t go back but made it to California and I’ve been driving it ever since no problems. Would definitely go back to Sugars!!
