They’re not going to recommend any work they don’t think is necessary, and the work they do perform will be of high quality and done in a timely manner. I’d recommend calling ahead to get on their calendar though, as they do stay extremely busy. Can’t recommend them enough.

His pricing was usually the most competitive, but that didn’t mean quality was sacrificed. What I appreciate is his willingness to give you options (if there are multiple) to fix a problem. 5 /5 Tripp Camp: Travis and his team are honest, hard working mechanics. They fixed some wheel issues that I had, and while it was expensive, they he was very upfront and communicative about the cost and explained each issue. They now have a customer for life!

Rick Snider: Most of the time, getting your car repaired is an onerous task. Finding a real mechanic is difficult as most shops today focus on parts replacement rather than real diagnosis. And who among us has not felt they were taken advantage of when the bill arrives? Yup, unless youre mechanically inclined, it can be tough to know if the repairs are legitimate. After getting suspiciously high repair estimate from my friendly local dealer (whose name I wont mention to protect the guilty), I looked for a second opinion and found All Tune on Yelp. They were busy but were able to get me into the shop a week later. Well, it took all of 15 minutes to determine that I didnt need any of the recommended repairs. All Tune took the time to show me the parts in question and treated me respectfully. They also looked up my service schedule and let me know when I would really need to perform maintenance. Even more, they didnt charge me for their time. Ill be bringing my car back to All Tune when I need service. These guys are the real deal, the bomb. Thank you All Tune! Highly highly recommended.

Matthew Lipstein: Took my Honda Pilot to Capital City from the recommendation of two friends who both bring their cars there. Had a great experience from start to finish! We were doing a routine timing belt kit replacement. Getting the initial info and quote was clear and direct, and handled in one phone call. The price was reasonable, not rock bottom, but it feels like this business has integrity in doing good work and that is part of what you pay for. Thats value in itself to me. They finished the car on time and for the price we agreed upon - no surprises. Will definitely bring our cars back!

Ryan diagnosed the actual problem quickly and ended up saving me ~$1K (only charged for the hour or so he spent during diagnosis.) Very professional, fair, and trustworthy. Will certainly be coming back for future service requests.

I spoke with Sal on the phone, and he was incredibly friendly and told me to come right over, they’d be happy to take a look. And I’m so glad I did! The team at Juke Auto was fast, efficient, and honest. They fixed the issue quickly at a great price and didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs like so many other shops tend to do. As a first-time customer, I was seriously impressed with the customer service and the overall experience. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you for taking such great care of me today!

Maggies positive attitude and honest nature also adds to the customer experience each time.
