5 /5 Matthew Lipstein: Took my Honda Pilot to Capital City from the recommendation of two friends who both bring their cars there. Had a great experience from start to finish! We were doing a routine timing belt kit replacement. Getting the initial info and quote was clear and direct, and handled in one phone call. The price was reasonable, not rock bottom, but it feels like this business has integrity in doing good work and that is part of what you pay for. Thats value in itself to me. They finished the car on time and for the price we agreed upon - no surprises. Will definitely bring our cars back!

I’ve brought in numerous cars over time, and every single time, the service has been top-notch. Ansar and Abudi are not only incredibly knowledgeable, but they genuinely care about their customers. They take the time to explain things clearly, always treat me with respect, and consistently go above and beyond. One of the things I appreciate most is that they never overcharge—they do the work at fair, honest rates and always stand behind what they do. The turnaround is fast, the quality is excellent, and I never feel like I’m being upsold or taken advantage of. Just real, dependable service from people you can trust. 5 /5 Aly Y: I have been taking my cars to Capital City Automotive for almost 8 years and was always satisfied with their service and very appreciative of their HONESTY. They never suggested anything that was not needed. How do I know? Here goes: I moved to Leander a couple of years ago after many years of using them for my car needs and unfortunately that puts me almost an hour away from them so I took my Maserati (yes Capital city services Maseratis too as well as other luxury brands, give them a try!) to a shop in cedar park that specializes in luxury cars and they quoted me for a few things totaling almost $12K. I was really surprised, especially when they were very pushy and talked a lot into persuading me those things were needed so I decided to make the drive to Austin and take my car to Capital city automotive. A couple of hours later they called me back and told me that there was only one thing wrong with my car (not a few things like the other guys claimed) and the cost was less than $2K! Keep in mind that I showed them the $12K estimate from the other guys and they could have easily gone a bit lower and do things that were not really needed but they did not because they have integrity! It’s been over year since then and my car has not had a problem at all! Yesterday, was my car was due for a routine maintenance and of course I made the 45 minute drive to Capital city Automotive and they took care of me. I will not take my car anywhere else for as long as I am in central Texas. Aboudi and Ansar are not only very knowledgeable about their craft but also very trustworthy.

5 /5 Renee Corcoran: I found Capital City Automotive based on online research, and they totally deserve their high reviews! The fellow at the front desk directed me away from what another shop in the area recommended I do regarding an inspection before a roadtrip, and he offered to do a free check on my fluids and tire pressure, and he fit me in right away. Incredibly efficient and helpful and honest! It’s everything you want in a quality auto shop.

5 /5 Taylor Latza: I had some battery/wiring trouble and called a bunch of shops, this was the only place that looked at the photos of my car and helped me get an estimate of the cost. They were very quick when I took my car in and fixed it within the hour and were very helpful! Highly recommend.
