My nail technician didn’t speak English, but a translator helped communicate what I wanted, so language wasn’t an issue. However, throughout the appointment, the technician frequently checked her phone, either for messages or to watch something, which felt unprofessional.Unfortunately, my nails didn’t fully dry, as they started chipping the next day, even though it had not been a full week. I was charged $60 for a dip manicure, which I felt was high given that they didn’t last. Additionally, both pinky nails were very thick, causing discomfort for a day or two. The receptionist was friendly, but based on my experience, I don’t plan to return.
Odessa Nail Lounge - Odessa Ash: The manicure was so rushed and the work reflects that. I had top coat on my fingers when they were done they skipped the cleaning of my nails as well. The wait was so long we asked how long the wait was when coming in and they just said to take a seat we waited 30-40 min (they’re very understaffed - 3 workers) I understand wanting to make money but be considerate and honest with wait times I wouldn’t have mind the wait if I’d known it also make the work y’all do sloppy if yall are rushing
Signature Nail Spa - Odessa Bryony: Very enjoyable, fast, accommodating and reasonably priced. Boss lady took good care of my hands and nails. She was gentle with my hands. Will be returning and hopefully becoming a regular..
TLILY NAIL SPA - Odessa Amanda Quinn: I was in from out of town and needed my nails done so a friend mentioned this salon. I’m SO glad she did! Great environment, amazing mani/pedi, and an even better experience. Everyone was wonderful and did an amazing job! I will be back next time I’m in town! Thank you so much!!
Ventura Nail Spa - Odessa Amanda Gardner: This is one of my top favorite places to come for pedicures. I have had Nick a few times and he does an amazing job, very sweet and kind. This spa makes you feel welcomed. Recommend 100%.

Nina did my nails and did such a good job. She took her time and made sure they were perfect. I love the services I received today and I’ll definitely be back!

BEST NAILS & SPA - Odessa Tamaria Moore: Had nails done on Friday & these pics were taken the following Tuesday!!! Employees were really nice but the work is not worth the value!!! Paid $115!!! Nails & toes not even the same color….different amount of coats on each nail & they were busted before the week was up!!!
Color Nails of Odessa - Odessa Jessica Acton: I can’t say enough about this place! Tyson is the best nail tech I have ever had! He’s so so friendly and so comfortable to talk to but his work just shows how good he is! Trish is amazing along with Michael! This salon definitely will not disappoint!!
Elite Nails & Spa - Odessa Kate Berry: I got a fill and a replacement nail that had broken off completely. I went right when they opened, thinking that if I get there early, the technician wont be tired. I had a lady who was nice and did good work, but she cut my pinkie. Like, she cut it while using the file. She Never said she was sorry or anything!!! Then, on the same nail, she scraped the nail bed in two places with the sander. I have little scabs still today, and I got them filled 4 days ago.
She did an okay job on my nails and shaped them well, but on three nails, they were just sloppy. They could have been shaped cleaner, if that makes sense.
I probably will not come back, because she never apologized for cutting me.
Update: the response on this is NOT accurate! I did NOT enjoy myself nor the services given! Please read the whole message, not just comment as an owner a blanket "thank you". Fix the issue please!
