5 /5 Brooke Bailey: This is my new nail shop. I have been looking for a really good one for a while here in Odessa and I finally found it. The owner, Trish is the sweetest. Loved my experience. She is a very talented artist! I walked in at 6:15 she closes at 7 and she stayed until after 8 to finish my nails. She had just spent 3 hours on a super detailed nails that were gorgeous! As soon as she was done with that customer she started on me. She could have told me she wasnt going to be able to do it but she did it with no hesitation. I absolutely love my nails. She didnt rush, she took her time and was very welcoming and personable. She also massaged my hands after she was done. She was so reasonably priced too. She truly cares about her customers! I will be back! Thank you again for the experience.

Michael did my nails and another skilled technician, whose name I regrettably forgot, did my daughters nails. Both of them are incredibly talented and we were very impressed with their work. Jeanette delgado: I’ve been a loyal client at this salon for a long time and have always been patient and pleasant during my visits. I especially appreciate the work done by the nail technicians at tables 5 and 6. However, the long wait times have become frustrating. Today, I waited for an hour and a half. I didn’t mind when three other clients were seated before me, but after that, a woman and her two children arrived and were given priority because they "had to leave." It felt disrespectful and inconsiderate, especially since I had already been waiting for so long. If I had been informed that the wait time would be nearly two hours, I would have chosen to come back another day. It’s disappointing that loyal customers aren’t given the same consideration as others. I hope the salon improves its appointment and walk-in management to provide fairer service to all clients. Sadly I won’t return.

Tori Rose: They changed technicians twice, and the shape of the nail twice. Took off too much length in the process. The girl sold me “chrome” gel coat, turned out with scratches all over. She assured me it would last a long time, three days later, the tips are already messing up. The edges of the gell and dip are wavy and messy. She redid at least 4 nails that had scratches, left with 3 still having scratches because I didn’t have time for her to redo them again. The top coat on at least 4 nails has bubbles, asked her to redo a couple of them and they turned out still having bubbles. Was there about 2 hours. Left completely unsatisfied, other than receiving a small discount because the nails look so sloppy and misshapen. She got gell all over my skin and didn’t bother to clean it all up, it’s still there 3 days later. Im actually kind of embarrassed of these nails. I don’t plan on returning. Update: after 5 days I’ve decided I absolutely HATE these nails and will have to go to another salon to have them FIX them. These are awful and embarrassing. TNB should be ashamed. I will never be back here and will not recommend them to anyone.

I assume it’s to make more money off their dipped nail customers, forcing them to get a new set each time. But then my nails ended up like this. Also, felt I was way overcharged for the gel polish on my toes. Didn’t take advantage of their full bar, tho.
