1 /5 Kate Berry: I got a fill and a replacement nail that had broken off completely. I went right when they opened, thinking that if I get there early, the technician wont be tired. I had a lady who was nice and did good work, but she cut my pinkie. Like, she cut it while using the file. She Never said she was sorry or anything!!! Then, on the same nail, she scraped the nail bed in two places with the sander. I have little scabs still today, and I got them filled 4 days ago.
She did an okay job on my nails and shaped them well, but on three nails, they were just sloppy. They could have been shaped cleaner, if that makes sense.
I probably will not come back, because she never apologized for cutting me.
Update: the response on this is NOT accurate! I did NOT enjoy myself nor the services given! Please read the whole message, not just comment as an owner a blanket "thank you". Fix the issue please!
