Grease Monkey - Jasper
Grease Monkey
John Richard: This is going to be to the point. A young man working was more concerned with talking to what I assume has to be a friend of his that pulled in rather than help the lady service my vehicle. After I left and arrived at my hotel I didn’t feel comfortable with the work they had just performed due to the lack of paying attention, they ask me to reset my service life setting, nor did they put a reminder sticker on my windshield. So I popped the hood to just look over the engine and immediately noticed that the air filter housing cover was not screwed down nor wa it even aligned properly. I did notice the young man under the hood like he was screwing it down but he rushed and didn’t pay attention to what he was doing. I had to bring my vehicle back for them to do it correctly only for the lady to tell me it’s on there right I seen him screw it down. Well why do I have the screws in my hand!! Last time being my fleet vehicle to any of there locations! Horrible service!

Morgan Truck And Trailer Repair Inc - Jasper
Alex Maricic: I spoke to Justin at the beginning, and even though they were very busy, he was really helpful and gave me the numbers of five road service providers in the area. After trying all of them and not having any luck, I called him back. We had an air leak on the trailer’s air tank, and he agreed to head out to the truck stop to check it out. When he got there, he found that the air bag was also leaking. Even though they were clearly slammed with work, he didn’t leave us stuck or tell us to wait until Monday. He found the part and replaced it right there. And the best part — they didn’t charge much at all, even though we hadn’t discussed pricing upfront. Justin was professional, helpful, and easy to work with. Really appreciated how he handled everything. Highly recommend them!

G Automotive - Fort Davis
Brady Williamson: This review is long overdue. Back in March we found ourselves stranded in Fort Davis after a 7 hour drive with a wheel that had nearly come off our car. (Ya, you read that right. One lug nut was the only thing holding the wheel on and two of the wheel studs were snapped completely off.) These guys were the only ones open but were very busy, so we had to wait until the rush was over. They took us in even after their closing hours, totally fixed the wheel, and charged us next to nothing. We expected to be hit with a large bill since we were so desperate and weren’t sure the extent of the damage, but $50 was all they wanted. These guys literally saved us thousands and didn’t even have to help us. Thank you so much for your time, effort, and hospitality.
