1 /5 Clint Worthington: Service was what was expected. Billing dept. is horrible. I walked in for a quick visit, had insurance, was denied by insurance later. All because they billed from another location that didnt match where I went. It was another business name even. Finally got it straightened out and was waiting on the new bill to be sent (because my insurance started that they over charged me also) and got a call from collections instead. Not very good customer service. My insurance even called them to verify because this location Cosby understand why I was denied. Maybe they should use the right name of business and address of service.
